As the largest shredding plant in Wales and one of the largest secure destruction facilities in the UK, we are able to deliver off-site shredding services to customers of all sizes across the UK.

Our off-site services are secure, flexible and cost-effective. We collect waste paper, confidential documentation and many other materials including hard-drives from your premises and transport them back to our shredding facility for secure destruction. Our off-site shredding service can be arranged as a regular collection or as a one-off collection.

Recent investments into the advancement of our services and facilities have enabled us to expand our confidential office paper collections to shred other items including uniforms and further service the publishing industry whose strict guidelines on the secure destruction of books require a very small particle size once shredded – something we are able to offer above and beyond standard industry requirements.

Our new shredding plant specialises in securely processing and destructing all grades of fibre, with the ability to process 12-15 tph (ton per hour) of material. It has been designed to shred to a standard 30mm, however paper can be shredded to 5mm if required for extra security.

How the Process Works

• Secure, lockable bins or stillages are provided to your premises to keep your documentation and materials safe, ready for shredding. Alternatively we can collect bagged or boxed materials for our one-off collection service
• Our uniformed and CRB checked staff collect the materials in the bins and load onto the secure truck for transportation to our shredding facilities. The entire process is completely secure with CCTV cameras on board the truck
• Materials are securely destroyed at our shredding facility which has continuous CCTV monitoring
• A certificate of destruction is provided to confirm compliance with GDPR
• Shredded paper is baled for recycling at accredited paper mills
